The RedlineNow product itself — the contract review software deployed for individual firms — has a separate data architecture described in the Privilege & Privacy notice on the home page.

The short version: this website collects only what's necessary to respond to access requests. The product is built on AWS Bedrock, where frontier model providers do not have access to your customers' prompts or completions — see the Privilege & Privacy notice on the home page for details.

Information You Submit Through the Access Form

The "Request access" form on this site asks for:

• Your name
• Your firm
• Your role
• Your email address
• A free-text description of your practice and what you'd like to discuss

This information is transmitted to and stored by Formspree (formspree.io), the third-party service that powers the form. Formspree delivers your submission to a human inbox and retains a copy on their servers subject to their own privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Information

This site is served through Cloudflare Pages. As part of providing this service, Cloudflare automatically collects and logs:

• IP addresses of visitors
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Page requests and timestamps

This data is collected by Cloudflare as part of their infrastructure and is subject to their privacy policy.

This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking or advertising technology. RedlineNow itself sets no cookies on this website.

The Product vs. the Website

This page covers the marketing website at redlinenow.ai. The RedlineNow product — the contract review software deployed for individual firms — has a separate data architecture.

Documents you process through the product run on AWS Bedrock, where the upstream model providers do not have access to your prompts or completions. The AWS Data Processing Addendum governs the product chain end-to-end. See the Privilege & Privacy notice on the home page for details.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through the access form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry about RedlineNow
• Schedule a private walkthrough if appropriate
• Evaluate whether a custom deployment makes sense for your firm

You will not be added to marketing lists. Your information will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes or used for any purpose other than responding to you directly about RedlineNow.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as the account is active. Email correspondence is retained in the email system used by RedlineNow. To request deletion, contact us using the details below — your data will be removed from our systems and deletion will be requested from Formspree.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data held about you
• Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected
• Deletion — request that your personal information be deleted
• Opt-out — California residents may opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell data)
